Set in the heart of Sherwood Forest. All 13 rooms are en-suite with large, walk-in showers. 9 with king size beds and 4 with twin beds. Flat screen 55” TVs in each room, plus a large 88” smart TV in the central dining/living area .
Designed specifically with exclusive use in mind, this excellent location is set off the main road, down a long bumpy track. With strong road, rail and flight links. The property is surrounded by fields, SSI woodland and livestock and is secluded within an unusual limestone, gabion-walled courtyard and huge wooden gates so that guests can relax/focus in their own space with total privacy.
The all-important nightclub bit is in the basement – and it’s much more than just an empty room with some speakers. The area features a built-in sound system and disco lights, as well as a bar area complete with pull your own beer taps.
While the nightclub is undeniably The Venues star attraction, it’s far from the only incredible thing about the venue. It also has hot tubs, its own 80’s style games room (featuring air hockey, Rambo shoot ’em ups and other retro arcade machines) and a huge, dining area and private restaurant.
You may think that that is enough, but the venue has yet another surprise to offer – a beautiful Orangery and meeting room/ banqueting hall (capacity x 80) in either boardroom, theatre, classroom, cabaret, or banqueting style. That’s two dining areas and break-out areas with comfy sofas/chairs. With plenty of parking for coaches and cars.
On top of all that, the venue also offers options to add a private chef, an in-house restaurant, live band, (Full Concierge service).
